The leading event for the Greek community of CIOs returned this year with in-person attendance and it was so good to see everyone back and catch up.
Nimaworks together with Atlassian were Gold Sponsors at this year’s IT Directors Forum, which was held at Megaron Mousikis on Tuesday, November 1st .The event hosted keynote speeches by international thought leaders and ICT Experts, and discussion panels, which included top decision makers / ICT Leaders, highlighting critical and current market issues. They covered a range of topics that spanned from Shaping today’s Enterprise IT Landscape, to CIOs in the Real World, and Becoming a Strategic IT Leader.
Our Managing Partner, Effie Bagourdi, together with Simone Pancaldi, Channel Manager, EMEA South at Atlassian, took to the stage just after 1.30pm, to talk about Implementing continuous innovation through service management discussing the Atlassian approach to ITSM/ESM and how we can help organizations meet the demands of the modern workforce.
Effie started off by giving a snapshot of Nimaworks, showing examples of solutions we have delivered to our customers. From onboarding automation to streamlining hirings and automatically carrying out tasks to modern incident management, and finally Enterprise Service Management. Just before Simone took to the floor, Effie went on to share two of our most recent ITSM success stories.
Simone’s speech discussed innovation in service management and new things coming from Atlassian, such as conversational ticketing, using bots in incident management and how companies can seamlessly transition conversations to human experts without losing context! He went on to talk about the future of ITSM and the importance of Jira Service Management, becoming the platform that unifies and opens up work across the organizations. After discussing Atlassian’s analytics and reporting capabilities, Simone closed his presentation by introducing Data Lake (available in the coming months), which will offer customers an unprecedented level of data access, unleashing some enormous potential in teams.
After our presentation, the discussion moved to our booth, with attendees stopping by to share their questions and connect with us.
