Nimaworks will be joining Τhe Adaptavist Group, expanding into new markets!

It is with great enthusiasm that we can now announce that Nimaworks will be joining The Adaptavist Group. Adaptavist is a leader in digital transformation and the world's largest, most successful Atlassian solutions partner, with presence in North America, UK, EMEA, and APAC.

Τhis acquisition will allow Nimaworks to scale at an unprecedented rate, strengthening the company's competitiveness and its presence in the markets of Greece, Cyprus and throughout the EMEA region, while enriching the services that it offers to its customers. Within Τhe Adaptavist Group, Nimaworks will be able to leverage a depth and breadth of resources, expertise, and tools. The combined company will deliver powerful new offerings and capabilities for Nimaworks' customers, driving transformation for long term value.

The acquisition extends The Adaptavist Group’s strength in ITSM, through Nimaworks expertise in service management across banking, insurance, telecoms and energy companies.

“Bringing Nimaworks into The Adaptavist Group really strengthens our ITSM offerings and capabilities,” says Simon Haighton-Williams, CEO of The Adaptavist Group. ”Delivering long-term value to customers is at the heart of how we do business at Adaptavist, and it’s important to us that this customer-first approach is mirrored by our colleagues at Nimaworks. Serving customers across Europe, Nimaworks has a proven track record of truly delighting its customers by helping them redefine how work gets done.”

As Nimaworks CEO Effie Bagourdi puts it:

“Being part of The Adaptavist Group will help us scale at an unprecedented rate and will bolster our service and solution offerings to our customers in EMEA. Together, The Adaptavist Group and Nimaworks will be very well positioned to capitalise on the incredible growth in IT and Enterprise Service Management we’re seeing across European enterprises. It’s also important to us that Nimaworks and Adaptavist share the same values and culture by putting the customer first, without compromising our employees’ work-life balance.”

Both Adaptavist and Nimaworks will continue delivering premium services for existing and future customers with their combined expertise, resources, and shared vision.
