The need

The growth of SaaS has exploded over the last few years. Tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zendesk,and Salesforce have become a standard at companies looking to increase the speed of their IT departments while benefiting from the agility of the cloud. Touting robust functionalities, these industry-leading applications produce invaluable insights for decision makers but, with one caveat; the distortion of the full picture. Whether it be automating data to bi-directionally sync in multiple systems or automating workflows, key data becomes useless when siloed in a company’s application stack. Traditionally, the fix required long and costly development work to implement custom integration. Even after implementation, the cost of maintaining custom point to point integrations is very high, adding to further strain to an IT departments’ backlog.
