  • Support for 3rd party add-on software: any incident identified by the Organisation or Nimaworks in 3rd party add-ons installed   and configured by Nimaworks, will be managed by Nimaworks support team.
  • Support for Nimaworks delivered implementation: any incident identified by the Organisation or Nimaworks related to Nimaworks implementation (configuration or add-on source code) will be resolved by Nimaworks.
Support for 3rd party add-on software:
