We are growing and we are looking for an Atlassian Technical Consultant!
This is your chance to become part of a friendly and open working environment as an Atlassian Technical Consultant and support our customers closely throughout the phases of solution assessment, design, implementation, deployment and the delivery of Atlassian tools, mainly Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
As a Technical Atlassian Consultant, you will be part of a scrum team, reporting directly to the Solution Delivery Manager.
You will be managing several projects for different customers in various industries within the same sprint.
Key duties and responsibilities

Pull stories or business needs, translate them into technical requirements / product configuration, and undertake part or whole of the delivery in collaboration with other members of the delivery team.

Offer 2nd level support to clients, taking over any issues that have been escalated by the support engineers.

Participate in internal analysis teams, recommend appropriate solutions and contribute with ideas and questions next to other members of the delivery team.

Ensure a solid understanding of business objectives associated with the projects assigned to the team

Master Product configuration.

Participate in installation, maintenance and cloud migration.

Add new or enhance existing documentation and update the ticketing system to include client needs and meeting notes, project progress, impediments, as well as recommended practices on technical implementation and solution provision.

Participate in communication with clients responding to questions and offering clarifications as necessary.

Attendance on project planning, daily stand-ups sprint reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release-planning, product demonstrations and other agile related ceremonies or meetings.
Requirements

Proven expertise in Jira Software and Jira Service Management.

University degree in Computer Science, information technology or related field.

Experience of documenting changes and providing user guides.

Ability to provide consultancy for the organisation on best practices.

Excellent communication skills, possessing the ability to support customers over email, phone, or screen-sharing.

Project management skills.

Solution oriented, service based and customer-oriented approach.

Teamwork capability and high level of social competence.

Openness and flexibility in dealing with new challenges.

Excellent Greek and English communication skills.

Strong data / report development experience in a large enterprise environment.

Atlassian certifications.

Confluence, Bitbucket administration experience.
