ITSM Conference 2022 | The Aftermath

The ITSM Conference returned on our screens for yet another year on February 3rd, to navigate attendees further into the evolution of IT Service Management.

The conference consisted of a strong line up with distinguished professionals from Greece and abroad, who presented the latest global trends on ITSM. Nimaworks was there once again as a Grand Sponsor, with our Managing Partner Effie Bagourdi, taking the stage to speak about the advantages of applying ITSM practices to the whole enterprise using a single Service Management platform. Effie started off by discussing the impact of the pandemic on the increase in demand for ITSM implementations, in order to respond to the transition to remote work. She then went on to showcase how our service management solution which is built on Jira, brings development, IT operations and business teams together on a unified platform.
