IT Directors Forum: We came, we saw, we spoke!

Nimaworks participated and sponsored the 16th annual IT Directors Forum, which focused on “Driving Business Growth in the post-COVID digital era”.

This year’s forum which was held on Tuesday October 26th by BOUSSIAS Communications, put emphasis on critical topics regarding the design and implementation of the post-COVID IT strategy, by focusing on transformation through approaches and lessons learnt by IT Leaders & CIOs.

For the 16th consecutive year, the forum provided attendees with the opportunity to connect and engage with the industry community, while it also gave them the chance to focus on business growth in an era of multiple business disruptions. The talks and discussions highlighted different approaches and innovations in IT-driven business models, the adoption of high-tech developments and new processes for improved, seamless, smooth and qualitative human-centered digital operations.

It was a forum packaged with a number of insightful talks and discussions, but the one that stood out for us was the IT Vendors’ Panel Discussion, with the participation of our CEO, Effie Bagourdi. The discussion shed light into the approaches used by IT Directors and Leaders for Strategic Design focusing on High-Tech Challenges & Trends to Sustainable Solutions. Effie tackled some major issues challenging IT directors and leaders, providing answers to topics such as how to detect constraints, "traps" and real opportunities in IT strategy, caused by adverse market conditions and other players and how the use of our products and solutions technologies can lead to a growth trajectory.
